Below is a quick list of what should be included into secondary suite development. While it goes a bit beyond a standard basement development, it’s well within the expertise of the Corsac team, and we complete every project with integrity and care.
Secondary suites must have their own private entrance for privacy and safety.
Can be at the side, back, or basement level of the home.

Fully functional kitchen with sink, stove, oven, and refrigerator.
Cabinets and countertop space for storage and cooking.

A full bathroom is required, including toilet, sink, and shower or bathtub.
