No hidden fees. All costs are clearly outlined in your estimate, so you know exactly what to expect before work begins. Additional costs may arise if the client requests changes after work has begun. Occasionally, unforeseen issues can appear once a project is underway that were not visible during the initial estimate. This is most common in renovation projects and may include hidden leaks requiring material replacement, previously damaged electrical wiring, soggy insulation, or improperly installed components. We always communicate these issues promptly and provide transparent estimates for any necessary work before proceeding.

Do you provide a warranty?

We provide a one-year warranty on our workmanship, covering any issues that may arise from errors in our work. Materials, appliances and fixtures are covered under their own manufacturer warranties. Once your project is complete, if you notice any issues, simply send us an email, and our team will promptly review and address them to ensure your satisfaction.

How do you handle permits and inspections?

We handle all permits and arrange required inspections, so you don't have to worry about the paperwork. We submit applications and ensure all requirements are met for a smooth, hassle-free inspection. If your project requires a development permit from the city, we can provide the necessary drawings and handle the permit application on your behalf. Some projects may also require structural or architectural drawings, which we can arrange through our trusted partners.

Corsac Construction also maintains Alberta Prepaid Contractor Licenses, which is an important protection for clients when deposits are required prior to the start of work. We gladly provide any documentation you may request for your peace of mind.
