The Elboya renovation project is a stunning example of how an older building can be transformed into a modern and luxurious home. The residential complex, consisting of four units, was fully renovated to give the property a fresh, contemporary look. Every detail, from the upgraded interiors to the refreshed exterior finishes, was carefully designed to combine functionality with style. Modern materials, high-quality craftsmanship, and thoughtful design choices have elevated the property, creating a welcoming and sophisticated living environment that blends comfort, elegance, and practicality.

Design & Execution

We began by carefully removing damaged drywall in several areas to ensure a solid foundation for the new finishes. All of the existing doors, baseboards, and trim were removed to make way for updated, high-quality replacements. The kitchen cabinets and bathroom fixtures were also taken out, providing a clean slate for modern, functional designs. This thorough preparation allowed us to address underlying issues, upgrade materials, and set the stage for a seamless and polished renovation throughout the space.

The next phase of the renovation involved installing and finishing new drywall, as well as patching existing areas to create a smooth, flawless surface. New doors and trim were also installed to complement the updated design. The owner actively participated in selecting the colors and materials, ensuring that every detail reflected their personal style and vision for the home.

We installed a brand-new furnace to replace the existing unit, improving both performance and energy efficiency.

It was decided that the space should feel as bright and open as possible to create the sense of a larger, more inviting area. To achieve this, clean white paint was selected for the walls, doors, and trim. This light color palette is beautifully complemented by the natural-looking luxury vinyl flooring, which adds warmth and texture while maintaining an airy and spacious feel.

The kitchen became a central focus of this renovation. Our goal was to create a modern design that would appeal to a wide range of tastes. The final design featured white, easy-to-clean cabinets paired with luxurious black quartz countertops, adding a striking contrast. At the same time, maximizing storage was a priority. Cabinets were extended to the ceiling, and additional drawers and shelves were incorporated to provide ample, convenient storage while maintaining a clean and elegant look.

The bathroom was designed to maximize storage within a compact space. We incorporated features such as shelving around the tub, a cabinet above the toilet, and a recessed medicine cabinet, providing ample storage while maintaining a clean and functional layout.
